What products are available to order online?
The online store sells the full portfolio of Vīdl Winery, Cultura Spontaneous Ales, and Wicked Weed Cidery. We ship all products that are legally allowed to be shipped in states where we have obtained DTC shipping permits. We are currently shipping to North Carolina.
To what states do you currently offer online shipments?
We are currently approved to ship directly to the homes of our customers in North Carolina. We have other state applications in process and plan to announce these additional states in the near future.
I don’t live in an approved state, but can I order products to a friend or relative that live in an approved state?
Yes, as long as both the purchaser and recipient are 21+ yrs. old. Customers who live in all 50 states can purchase products. However, the products can only be shipped to approved states.
When will my order arrive?
- Shipper: UPS 2-Day Delivery
- Orders received Monday by 10:59am will ship on Monday
- Orders received Tuesday by 10:59am will ship Tuesday
- Orders received Wednesday by 10:59am will ship Wednesday
- Orders received Wednesday 11am-Monday by 10:59pm will ship Monday
Why are all shipments via UPS 2-Day Shipping?
Quality is a non-negotiable core pillar at Vidl Cellars. Once we have a finished product, how the products are handled during shipping becomes an important factor to quality between our facility to your home. Fluctuating temperatures during transit can impact the quality of natural products (not pasteurized or having preservatives). Therefore, we want to ensure that we are limiting time in transit as much as possible. 2-Day shipping shortens transit time, reduces temperature exposure, and delivers the highest quality product directly to your home.
Are there minimum order quantities?
Yes, we ship in multiples of (3). Customers can mix and match styles between wine, beer, and cider depending on their states’ DTC laws.

Product Exchanges & Refunds
All purchases are final. Because this is a consumable product, we will never re-sell an item that has been previously purchased. Therefore, Vidl Cellars will only exchange items that have been damaged during shipping. Prior to returning the damaged product, customer must send photos of damaged product to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an item has been determined to be damaged in shipping, the customer will return the damaged item. Upon receiving the damaged product, the damaged product will be exchanged for the same product. If the product is no longer available, a product of equal value will be offered to the customer. Vidl Cellars will pay for shipping charges for approved returned and exchanged items.
